Above
all drinks produced in our country, the most famous is produced
in the Tequila Region, an antique and dynamic town, located
at northeast of Guadalajara, Jalisco. Tequila is a spirituous
beverage obtained from the distillation of blue agave tequilana
weber. Tequila can be clasified as follows:

Silver or White: silver tequila does not have
to be aged and is bottled directly after the distillation
· Gold:
it is a sweet tequila flavored and colored with natural
caramel
· Aged or Rested:
it is the result of storing tequila in white oak barrels
for several months
· Extra Aged:
it is aged for more than a year in white oak barrels, its
color is darker

only cognac produced in the French region of |

Cognac can bear the name of cognac, just can be called "Tequila"
